Why we started the Senior Seminar Series
As our parents got older and began needing special assistance, we discovered a maze of services that were difficult for us to navigate, let alone our parents. When they contemplated downsizing, we actually discovered it was too late! In their advanced age, a move would prove too overwhelming. Discussing their issues with our Boomer friends (Yes, we are also seniors!), we found that we weren't the only ones needing information about living well into later years.
It has become our mission to dispel the myths and misinformation with educational seminars for seniors and their families. We want to empower you to take control of your future by providing education on a variety of subjects from Downsizing to Trust and Estate Planning to Avoiding Scams to Preserving Generational Wealth.
Our goal is to help you become more informed, so you can make important life decisions to live your best life through retirement and beyond. And with our education partners, we are able to offer these quality seminars at no cost to you!
While most of the seminar attendees are retirees over 50, those whose parents are ageing and in need of information and advice are absolutely welcome!
Many (most?) of our attendees are also homeowners anticipating a future move and we are here to help with that too!
About Fritz Eberle and Lynn Johnson
We have each been in the real estate business for over 30 years. During that time we have each taken different paths, developing complimentary skillsets. We are both REALTORS® with Keller Williams Realty.
Fritz bought and renovated his first apartment building while in college and managed multifamily properties for many years. He has more recently built new homes and renovated older foreclosure houses, each requiring a broad experience in construction and materials. He holds the
SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation and is a member of KW Real Estate Planners.
Lynn started as land developer for Centex Homes and managed the development of Tanoan East. She followed that as broker for Coldwell Banker until she joined Keller Williams 20 years ago. She specializes in Luxury homes and is a member of Luxury International.
As a member of the KW Real Estate Planner community, Fritz can help provide solutions to seniors in transition that minimize taxes, preserve generational wealth, discuss optimal trust and probate protection, build a legacy, provide a smooth relocation to more manageable living arrangements, and create the Life You Desire!
